Transportation and Warehousing Service -Smart Delivery Service 2018. While 2019 is off to a great start so far, we wanted to wish a happy, healthy and prosperous New Year to you and your families.
2018 was a great year for us, including moving our Minnesota and Texas facilities to have a footprint of warehouse storage of nearly 40,000+ sqft. We have upgraded our internal phone systems and computer systems to serve our customers, around-the-clock better. Finally, we expanded a couple of our transportation and warehousing service offerings which allow us to stay ahead of the pack in retail warehousing, distribution and courier services deliveries.
Smart Delivery Service enjoyed great growth in 2018. We increased our business by around 25% in 2018. We want to express our gratitude to our customers, who helped us achieve that. Our focus in same-day delivery service, transportation, medical courier and warehouse logistics pave the way for our 2018 growth. With a shortage of employees, high demand in storage warehousing and distribution is constantly growing.
Our team did an exceptional job to accomplish and sustain this growth, and we are thankful for everyone’s hard work. Our warehouse logistics and business is a quickly growing service of ours, which our 3PL customers love. Our courier services, on-demand delivery service, scheduled courier service, route delivery service, and medical courier services continue to grow at a time when it is tough to find quality team members to help us in our office, warehouse distribution, and our driving force.
